Sue Fitzgibbons and Galina Ignatevain Алина Игнатьева in Yaroslavl during our 2019 visit.  Galina will be coming with the group to Exeter 7 - 17 June 2020 Peter Scorer being ordained priest at Exeter Orthodox Church. Peter and his wife Irina are founder members of our association. Peter was previously a Protodeacon of the Orthodox Church. We wish him well in his new role Veronika, leader of our Russian Conversation Group receiving a certificate sent by Вячеслав Гаврилов, to mark her valuable contribution to our association. We greatly appreciate her enthusiasm for Russian culture, tradition and language. Our next meeting is 17 February Menu from Russian Xmas Dinner. Rybinsk in Yaroslavl Oblast was the birthplace of brothers Joseph and Nicholas Schenck.  After emigratation to the USA, Joseph eventually controlled 20th Century Fox and Nicholas controlled MGM Our Yaroslavl friends made a return visit here in the summer.
