Mon July 19 07:00 Meet Russian Guests at Heathrow Airport (British Airways Flight BA0881 Arrive 06.55 -Terminal 5) and bring to Exeter. (National Express Coach leaves at 11:25, arrives Exeter at 15.10).
15:10 Russian Guests arrive at Exeter Bus Station and meet Hosts. -Hosts to collect Guests from Exeter Bus Station (Bampfylde/Bude Street). - Remainder of the day with Hosts.
Tues July 20 08:45 YEFS Group meet at the front of Exeter Cathedral for a Guided Cathedral Tour (09:00 to 10:00)
10:30 YEFS Group meet the New Deputy Lord Mayor of Exeter, Councillor Greg Sheldon, accompanied by his Escort at the Guildhall. Welcome Speech and Coffee/Biscuits.
Walk to the White Ensign Club in South Street, Exeter.
12:00 – 14:30 Welcome Buffet Lunch, including Up-Spirits Ceremony, at the White Ensign Club. Russian Guests to meet EYTA Members/Friends. All EYTA Members/Friends are welcome to come and meet our Russian Guests. There will be a small donation of 6.00 per head, payable in advance, to help cover the costs. Bar Facilities will be available.

14:30 – 16:00 Free Time.
19:30 - All Evening Hosts, in their own transport, to accompany the Russian Guests to a C&W Dance at the Yellow Rose Country Music & Dance Club, hosted by April & Pete, in the Railway Club, Newton Abbot (Directions/Map Available). Entrance Charge of 6.00, Bar Facilities will be available. -All Members/Friends are Welcome at their own cost.
Wed July 21 09:15/09:30 All Day Trip to Seaton. Meet at Bampfylde/Bude Street, Exeter (by Exeter Bus Station). Drive via Branscombe & Beer to Seaton with Tram ride to Colyton plus Tea at Alan & Ann Jones’ or Cream Tea at Colyton Station.
All Hosts/Members are welcome in their own vehicles at their own cost. -[Tram Return 7.50 / Cream Tea 4.00]

Sun July 25 16:30 YEFS Group meet at Exmouth Quay for a boat trip, Jurassic Coast or River Exe depending on the weather, leaving Exmouth Quay at 17:00. (17:00 to 20:00 -12.00 per head, including buffet) -All Hosts/ETC Members welcome at own cost.
As the ‘Boat Trip’ has to be booked and paid in advance, please contact Julia Upton (01392-681428) by July 10 to confirm.
Mon July 26 08:45 / 09:00 All Day Trip to Torquay - Meet at Exeter St Davids Railway Station. Agatha Christie Mile Walk: Torquay Railway Station, The Grand Hotel, Torre Abbey, Sea Front, Princess Pier, Princess Gardens, The Pavilion, Agatha Christie Bust, The Harbour, The Strand and Torquay Museum (Agatha Christie Exhibition). [Train -Day Return 5.50 - Torquay Museum -Adults 4.50] - FREE TIME for Shopping, swimming etc. -All Hosts/Members are welcome at their own cost.
Tues July 27 FREE DAY with Hosts
19:00 - All Evening Hosts, in their own transport, to accompany the Russian Guests to the Farewell Skittles and Devon Pasty Evening at the West Hill British Legion Club, School Lane, West Hill, Ottery St Mary. -All Members/Friends are welcome in their own vehicles at their own cost. Light Supper can be provided (Approx 5.00 per person).
